- You now need to register for your SAM exams. You must use the SAM
program (under Course Specific in the Programs menu on any of the cluster
Windows machines) and your SAM booklet to establish your own SAM account.
And you also need to register for time slots to take the SAM exams using
your Web browser. Please register for one time slot from those numbered
1 through 8 (during which you will take the Word exam regardless of
the fact that the registration screens will say only Excel). For this
registration use your student ID number with the first three digits
changed to 999. Then register for a second time slot from those numbered
9 through 18 (during which you will take the Excel exam). For the second
registration use your actual student ID number. General information
