Ian Katz, Graduate Student at the University of New Hampshire

Hi.

Ian's mugshot
My name is Ian Katz. I am currently a Computer Science graduate student at the University of New Hampshire.

I've been working on developing protocols for underwater acoustic networks since 2006, with the Autonomous Undersea Systems Institute. Building reliable communication networks out of unreliable physical links is quite a difficult problem when mobility enters the equation.

I am interested in AI and robotics, although I have a background in networking, test automation, web design, and databases — thanks to my employment at the UNH Interoperability Laboratory.

Tu peux m'écrire en Français, mais je m'en doute que je pourrais répondre dans la grammaire correcte... c'est difficile de maintenir mon vocabulaire sans le parler très souvent.
