Social Media Intern

1. Intern Condition
   1. Student intern must be a full-time student and be good standing.
   2. Non-student intern will be subjected to criminal background check.
2. Position Duties
   1. Intern will be responsible for maintaining social media (facebook, twitter) tools associated with Degbe.com.
      1. A range of 1-3 facebook status updates is expected to be posted on a daily basis.
      2.  Intern will be expected to grow the social media (facebook, twitter):
      3. By increasing the user base (friends, followers) on a biweekly basis.
3. Compensations
   1. Intern will be paid on a monthly schedule.
      1. First paycheck will be one month after agreeing upon the Student Intern contract.
      2. Intern will be paid $45/month.
   2. Additional Compensation.
      1. Intern will be assessed on a monthly basis on performance of their duties.  Additional compensation (pay) may be awarded for going above and beyond their duties.
      2. Intern is encouraged to be creative.  Approved projects going beyond defined job description will also be assessed for going above and beyond job duty.

IV.  Limitations and Liability

1. Intern agrees that all products they work on are property of Degbe.com
2. Intern agrees upon the Employee “Rules of Conduct”:
   1.  Any products or materials shall not be used for personal means.

I agree to the conditions of the Degbe Intern contract described in the employment sections (Social Media Intern).
